Who participates

Your PINE Leadership Team

Each school or organization chooses a small interdisciplinary team to join the training as its PINE Leadership Team (PLT). Teams often mix administrators, teachers, related service providers and support staff, so the plan reflects the whole school day.

Schools that succeed with PINE usually have a committed core team. That team shares key takeaways with colleagues, keeps everyone engaged and solves problems together.

“The Accelerator sessions were so eye opening and left me wanting to do and know more.”

PINE Leadership Team member

“Our PINE Leadership Team came to realize that we want students to see their best selves reflected in our school.”

What their goals became

The team set goals to improve how information flows between specialists and teachers, center neurodiversity in their planning and spaces, and build a community where neurodivergent students feel accepted and valued.
